Heal to save your life

stagnancy is easy.

repetitive bad habits are easy.

there is comfort in holding on to the past and unresolved issues as we already know what’s on the other side, the results we’re going to get…what we’ll wake up to in the morning after a nighttime of heartache.

but the hardest part is

unravelling all the tangles that pulled you through to today,

and really taking a look deep inside of yourself to understand

your habits or your faults or

all the things that weigh your spirit down.

there’s a battle that goes on within yourself as you go on the journey of healing and what’s on the other side is nothing short of a

victory.
